Thank you so much for such a lovely shopping experience and all your help pre-purchase! My parcel arrived yesterday in the mail so your follow up email is in good time also! It was a lovely surprise to open the postie bag and see the lovely gift wrapping - it was unexpected and a thoughtful touch.
The brushes are beautifully put together and are so much nicer than plastic/throw away ones - I am so pleased I made the investment.
The nail brush is great and has nice stiff bristles for getting in under your nails - some I have had in the past have been a little too soft!
The Bath brush is devine, the bristles are just the right amount of stiffness and softness to feel lovely on your skin without being to scratchy this is going to be a firm favourite I can tell!
The face brush is a great size and I love that I can use it in the shower without worrying about damaging the bristles in the water. It does seem quite harsh on my face, but I have only used it the once and I am not used to using a face brush and I am thinking that the bristles may soften after a few uses - it is good for problem areas like your chin and around your nose though. I would use it once or twice a week as opposed to every night I think.
The long handled brush, I expected to have the same bristles as the bath brush, but they are a little firmer than that. I will get used to these, and find out how much pressure to use (or not use!) while scrubbing! I am also thinking that they may soften over time.
All in all, I am very happy with my purchase and can't wait to keep using the brushes - they are beautiful and I really love that the philosophy behind the company and am in awe of the people who have the patience to craft such a quality product. I have done some reading up on how to best care for these brushes so that they last rather than get spoiled.
